Look at the left side of the letter, read down.
Not only does the letter spell F.U. but if you go down to the signature line it clearly says:
F**** You S. A. or (State Assembly).

Though this is purported to be real, I note the message is not signed, a possible sign this is in fact a hoax. I’d like to see the signed copy of this letter. Either way, it is amusing.
