But, Bill, please don't even go there about the military. My father was in North Africa and Italy during WWII, suffered from malaria. To the end of his life, he was a pro-union Democrat. I worked for the VA as a physician assistant. I can't tell you how many comments I heard about, "no one cares about me", "why won't they cover my cancer treatment?" Well, I became a person I don't like very much when I told them that, well, we are spending so much on war, there is nothing else for you. I just get so disgusted with people who live by the talking points of Faux Noise, that I ahve little sympathy left for them. I am late in getting back here.
