		<description>i must be blinde were are the comments but anyway a meeting in wash. about energy and policy ect. when will we change it is well past time and can be done, in madison alone if a literally 2 vacant lots were environmentally nonevasively equipted with solar panells and a few wind mills over a fifth of the east south east side could be green and yet even in suppossedly forwardthinking madison wis this is no more than unlikely a totally non possabilaty even though over the past two weeks we in wis have been experiancing a high partical level of negatively effecting gases on our breathing, so were do we start the greening of america we dan do it but it must be now althiugh it is very likely that it is to late but come on america we can do it i personally have not turned my heat on so far this yearsaveing countless lbs of coal and cash so dont tell me it cant be done green is our future</description>
