Jim Ryan with Hendrick’s Gin joined the show today with his Tiger Lily Punch made with Hendrick’s Gin. The recipe:
- 4 parts Hendrick’s Gin
- 4 parts chilled weak green tea (1 bag per 15oz of hot water)
- 2 parts lemon juice
- 2 parts simple syrup
- 1 part Lillet Blanc
- Dashes of Angostura Bitters to taste
- Garnish: Cucumber wheels (will just float on top of punch bowl)
- 1 large ice block (24 hours ahead, freeze water in a quart container)
